It's definatly Chrissy Boy Foreman singing Vocals on Bed & Breakfast Man (As Chris used to sing it live in the early days...same way that Barson used to sing My Girl)
Snippet Fact...Did you know the first few hundred copies of the One Step Beyond Album had a Misprint for this track and had the track listed as "Bed & Breakfast"
Copies of these are worth a few quid.....

Suggs isn't singing 'Bed and Breakfast Man', although he does on the album, and subsequently live, etc.

It wasnt Mike's voice either.

Remotely possible that it was Lee's voice... but I think it was Chris !

Certainly is lovely and you're more than welcome. We all had our copies of 'Rio' at home but any mention of Duran Duran was strictly taboo.

I should make it clear that clicking on the 'Madness’ only Peel session, recorded 14th August, 1979' will enable you to download the tracks.

I was 14 - and I certainly remember them being seen as 'a little kids band', 'a novelty band'. I don't think anyone really thought they would last beyond a couple of singles....LOL! as I believe the young people say.
