  1. Fond memories of the Summer of 1987, staying in my Aunt’s house, and Peel playing it a few times. I tried to find this song last year to no avail – thanks for the tip off – great to hear it again.

  4. Damnation, I just posted on this topic and blogger gave me an error and I can’t recover it. Never mind, let’s try again…

    What I said was, I don’t remember the song, but I do remember the “Yon Yonson” poem from reading Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse 5 when I were a young lad. So I could’ve helped you with those spelling difficulties by checking my bookshelf.

    Interestingly(-ish), the catchphrase repeated throughout Slaughterhouse 5 was “So it goes”. Which leads us back to doe…
